So I've been home for less than a week and my life is in shambles. (ok well not really but it's been better) I don't know if you've read my facebook status yet but listen to this story...
the other day i'm driving, minding my own business, and a cop pulls me over. I thought it was weird because I was stopped at a red light. He asks me if i'm (insert my name here). I say yes. He tells me to step out of the car and when i do he handcuffs me and starts reading me my rights. I have never felt so violated in my life. He ran his hand up and down both legs to see if I was carrying a fucking shank or something in my lace thong UNDER A DRESS. He escorts me into the cop car and thank God I was a block away from my house because my mom came and they didn't tow the car.
Anyway, I get to the police station, still having no clue wtf is going on, and they inform me that there was a warrant out for my arrest because i missed three court dates. THANK JESUS my mom wasn't there yet because she would have flipped a nut.
Long story short, someone got pulled over on Dec. 28th (while i was in Miami for the holidays) in a rented dodge and said they were me. They had my name, my address, and my birthday which apparently is all you need when you say you don't have your license on you. (remember that next time you get pulled over and you want to stick it to someone. i keed) I figured the whole matter could be resolved if I just showed my itinerary from Miami but the judge was a dick and said that didn't matter because I could have booked the trip and then not gone....it's all riding on whether or not the cop fingers me (too easy). If he says it was me (which he prob will bc how will he remember the face from 4 months ago) then i'm screwed. I'll have to pay like 1000 bucks and no one will insure me after me having my license suspended at such a young age.
I'm kind of freaking out after I leave the police station, when I run into my uncle. He asks what's wrong and when I tell him he's like..."i'll have a talk with him." I'm like "with who?" he goes "the cop" then walks away.
Idk what that means, but i have a feeling it's just going to make matters worse. Whatever we'll see. I'll let you guys know how the hearing goes on tuesday.
Anywho gotta go, my sister is running around naked.

p.s. Passports are bullshit. Remember the good old days when you could travel the world and go exploring like Columbus whenever you wanted? Before all the paranoia?! Have fun in the Bahamas ladies!! I love you both to death!
