Update

Lizzadies!

Ok so I had court today. The cop was SUCH A DICK. Apparently him and my uncle have a mutual friend so my uncle told the friend that he was with me in Florida and it absolutely wasn't me. The dude said he remembers me being down there with my uncle so he would speak to the cop and set things straight. Even after all that the cop comes THREE HOURS LATE and makes me, my mom, her boyfriend, my dad, and my uncle (one big perfect happy family...and by perfect and happy i mean dysfunctional and fucking crazy) sit in that municipal court all day. He gets there and when my uncle tries to speak to him he goes I'M SORRY BUT I CAN'T DO THIS! I KNOW IT WAS HER! IF IT WASN'T HER IT WAS HER SISTER BECAUSE THEY'RE IDENTICAL. Luis had to step in and say that we weren't paying for these tickets, so they would have to postpone this for another month until we could get the flight records from Continental that says i boarded the plane, the phone records from miami, and pictures of me down there with the digital date on them. The cop finally backed down mainly because he didn't want to drag this out. So I'm freeeeee =]

Ok so here is the dilemma. My parents are saying that I should file an identity theft report and have the police dept. investigate who it was that was using my name so they can be brought in. I'm almost positive i know who it was. I mean come on. Someone who knew all my information off the top of their head, and looks like me. Do i want to leave this matter to the cops and have them deal with her? Or do I just let it go so she doesn't get into any more trouble with the law?
